Key capabilities
Our bespoke GIS portal provides a unique project tool to support site selection, engagement, monitoring and reporting.
We have in depth knowledge and experience of land registers and historical property records and excel at investigating complex land and property rights. We provide land ownership schedules and contacts as well as creating land referencing dashboards to inform our clients. We are developing our own land referencing database.
Our site searching tool can be run at any scale and location and we provide a site suitability RAG rating to inform client decisions. We use bespoke software to create 3D modelling to bring projects to life for clients and stakeholders and viewshed analysis maps to show visual impacts.
